Returns
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products.
- Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- RG Retailer reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
